Where we ship: we currently ship to addresses in the United States (all 50 states). We don’t ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US yet.
Cost: shipping is free on every order.
Processing time: orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
Delivery time: after dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days. Your order ships from a warehouse partner in the United States.
Tracking: you’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delays: if we can’t ship your order within the time stated here, we’ll email you with a revised date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
Lost or damaged parcels: if tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@hounderlust.com and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.
