Changed your mind
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.
- Email support@hounderlust.com with your order number. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Please don’t send items back without contacting us first. Unannounced parcels can’t be matched to an order.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
- Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
That’s on us. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. In most cases you won’t need to send anything back.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge until your order ships. Email us as soon as possible; once it has shipped, the return process above applies.
