- Messages you send us by email.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and the cookies needed to run the cart and checkout.
We never receive or store your full card details. Payments are processed by PayPal.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping emails, handle returns and support, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
- PayPal: to take payment.
- Our fulfillment partner (CJ Dropshipping) and carriers: your name, shipping address and phone number, so the parcel can be delivered.
- Service providers who host our site, send our emails and store encrypted backups, only as needed to provide those services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the cart, checkout and login. If we add analytics or advertising cookies later, we’ll update this page and ask for consent where required.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.
